Opening the Case

The process begins by submitting the appropriate application. The Beth Din will review the information provided and contact the relevant parties regarding the next steps.

Scheduling

Once the necessary information has been received, the Beth Din will coordinate the arrangements for the Get proceeding and provide instructions to the parties.

The Get Proceeding

The Get is prepared in accordance with Jewish law under the supervision of the Beth Din. The husband formally gives the Get, and the wife formally receives it as part of the proceeding.

Completion

After the Get has been properly given and received, the Beth Din completes the religious divorce process and provides the appropriate documentation or confirmation.
